The score is a weighted average of 8 dimensions, normalized to 100. Weights (sum=100): public reviews 20, pricing transparency 18, business transparency 16, shipping clarity 12, product range 10, access & onboarding 10, support 8, store integrations 6. Transparency is weighted heaviest because it's the hardest to fake.
