What counts as an event

  • Rank movement — any change in position on the benchmark (including ties broken differently between runs).
  • Spike detection — rank move of 2 or more positions in one cycle, or a supplier site flipping from up to down. Spikes publish immediately and reset the countdown.
  • Uptime state change — the tracked supplier homepage went from healthy to unreachable, or back.

Cadence

The benchmark refresh runs every 6 hours on cron. Your feed only emits an entry when at least one of your watched suppliers appears in the movers list for that run — so typical volume is a handful of entries per week, not per day.
