Terms of use
SupplierSpy is an editorial benchmark. Use the data to inform decisions, but always verify claims with the supplier directly before you commit money or customers.
What this site is
SupplierSpy is an independent editorial benchmark of dropshipping supplier platforms. Everything here is published for informational purposes only. It is not financial advice, not legal advice, not an endorsement, and not a contract.
No warranty on supplier data
The site is provided "as is" without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. SupplierSpy is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on content published here. If a supplier's public data has changed and a profile is out of date, let us know — but your due diligence is still on you.
Not a transaction platform
SupplierSpy does not facilitate, broker, or process any transaction with any supplier on this list. We do not take a cut of any order. We do not hold inventory. We do not handle payments, refunds, shipping, or customer service. If you decide to use a supplier, your relationship is directly with that supplier under their own terms.
Attribution & reuse
We want you to cite us. If you quote a score, a ranking, or any editorial content from SupplierSpy, please include attribution:
- Data (scores, rankings, supplier fact rows): licensed Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0). Use it, remix it, publish it — just credit us.
- Code (the site itself): licensed under the MIT License. Fork it at github.com/DB-Shadow/supplierspy_com.
Your conduct
- Don't scrape the site at abusive volumes. If you need bulk data access, email us and we will likely just say yes.
- Don't misrepresent SupplierSpy as having endorsed a supplier. We don't endorse — we score.
- Don't try to manipulate scores (sybil reviews, fake public filings, etc.). We audit when a signal looks fishy.
Trademarks
Every supplier name, logo, and product name mentioned on this site belongs to its respective owner. Their use here is nominative — to identify the subject of an editorial review — and does not imply any partnership, affiliation, or endorsement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. This is a small editorial site whose readership is majority US-based; picking one jurisdiction keeps things simple. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably goes to the state or federal courts sitting in California.
If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, nothing in this section overrides mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under your local law.
