Claim the SupplierSpy profile for Syncee

Prove you represent Syncee. Once verified you can reply to disputes, upload a better logo, and surface official announcements on /supplier/syncee.

Verification paths

Pick whichever is easier for your team. Both are equally weighted.

1DNS TXT record

Add a TXT record on syncee.com with value supplierspy-claim=<random-token>. After propagation (usually under an hour), email proof to hello@supplierspy.com including the hostname you added it to.

We will request the random token from you in reply to your form submission below, so don't publish a placeholder.

2Email from company domain

Send an email from an address on the supplier's primary domain (e.g. contact@syncee.com) to hello@supplierspy.com with subject Claim: syncee, linking to an official company page that confirms the sender's role (about/team page, LinkedIn backed by the company URL, press contact).

Ideally on syncee.com. If not, we will still consider the claim but may lean on the DNS TXT path for verification.

Submitting opens your mail client with everything pre-filled. No data is stored on our side until you hit send.

What you get after verification

  • A verified-claimant badge on your supplier profile.
  • Reply-to-dispute right — your response is shown on /supplier/syncee/disputes alongside the filing.
  • Logo and tagline update rights (moderated; factual accuracy trumps marketing language).
  • An RSS webhook of your supplier's score movements so you find out when we do.

What you do NOT get

  • Score manipulation. Scores are rubric-driven and no claimant can change them.
  • Removal from the leaderboard. Coverage is editorially decided.
  • Veto over a score or dispute outcome.
  • Preferential ranking, placement, or promotional styling.
