Dispute a score for Zendrop

Think a dimension score is wrong? Fill the form, send the email. Every dispute gets a reviewer; outcomes publish within 14 days at /supplier/zendrop/disputes. Score changes that result from a dispute also land in /corrections.

Each dispute targets exactly one dimension. File separate disputes for separate dimensions.

Every dispute must cite at least one public source. Private links or screenshots without a URL may be rejected at triage.

If you represent Zendrop, please also file a claim at /claim/zendrop first so we can verify. Verified claimants get priority triage; anonymous disputes are still reviewed.

What happens next

  1. Send. The pre-filled email lands in our editorial inbox with the score-dispute subject tag.
  2. Triage within 48 hours. An editor acknowledges receipt and confirms whether the dispute is well-formed.
  3. Reviewer assigned. One SupplierSpy reviewer owns the dispute end-to-end and records working notes.
  4. Evidence evaluated. We re-check the dimension against the rubric using the public sources you cited.
  5. Outcome published. Within 14 days the outcome (upheld / rejected / partial / under-review) appears at /supplier/zendrop/disputes. If the score changed, /corrections gets an entry.
